The shipments are carried with SDA Express service within the day after the order (if you choose the bank transfer it is necessary to wait for receipt of payment to process your order).

Acceptance clauses:

- The authorization for the items to be returned is subject to the full compilation of the return form with exact indication of the number of bill or delivery note and detail of materials to replace.

- The packaging of the product must be intact and original, and products must be intact, not used or damaged.

- The goods must be accompanied by the delivery note and sent at our own cost.

- The delivery note must include the authorization number awarded.

- For returns not due to Eurosima mistakes, the shipping costs are paid by the client, otherwise the goods are returned without further costs.

- We accept requests for returns of products just within 15 days from sending the material.


The goods are still subject to verification by us and we reserve the right to not accept the return if there are no right causes. In case of rejection of the goods you will be returned to the sender at your cost.

Duties of the customer:
